Iso Fit offers a range of Pilates, Yoga, and GYROTONIC® session types for clients to choose from in order to suit the experience, personal training goals, budget and schedule needs of our clients.

Studio clients who wish to exercise only in the Yoga method, Pilates, or Gyrotonic method alone need to book private sessions.

Sessions types

Assessment Session: Before starting an Iso Fit programme every client is required to undergo an Assessment session to help assess the best way for the client to move forward with their training programme.

Studio (Private/Semi-Private) sessions are conducted on the full range of Pilates, Gyrotonic and Yoga equipment in a one-on-one (private) or two-on-one (semi-private) format. In these sessions, made by appointment at times suitable to the client, close personal attention is given to clients. Clients may request specific training (such as Gyrotonic, special focus etc) in a private session.

Group sessions, offered according to a fixed schedule are carefully designed 60 minute routines on the Mat or Pilates Reformer offering clients an enjoyable and challenging work-out. 

Clients may purchase packages of 1, 10, 20 or 30 sessions. Clients enjoy: lower fees for larger packages, additional discounts where applicable and after completing 50 sessions (Studio or Group), free sessions. (Fees and Schedule)
